MoA is a men’s magazine founded in 2024 that aims to cover all of the areas of a High-Value Man through three main pillars: Style, Grooming, and lifestyle. This all-in-one resource is about a never-ending journey for many men in our era.
The goal of this site is simple: Help ambitious men become the best versions of themselves. Here, I share the advice and lessons I’ve learned throughout my ongoing journey. I aim to provide the tools and motivation needed never to give up.
About the founder
Hi, I’m Paul Favre, the creator of Man of Ambition. Please let me share the story behind it and how it came to life.
I grew up in the middle of France. At an early age, I learned how harsh life can be sometimes and decided that I’d live the life I wanted, not a life imposed by society. I attended an Engineering School and graduated in 2021. That’s when I started my career in cybersecurity.
However, a few years ago, I found myself at a crossroads. I was a young man with dreams and aspirations, but felt something was missing. Even though I had some good opportunities to develop my career, I wasn’t satisfied with the person I was, and I knew that to reach my goals, I needed to become a better version of myself.
So I started to do some research about personal development. I discovered a bright but complex world: personal finance, style, fitness, and mental health. That’s when I found the concept of the “High-Value Man,” an ideal that immediately fascinated and inspired me.
I immersed myself in books, articles, and videos, seeking to understand what truly makes a man of value. I began to apply the advice I found, working on my personal development, health, and skills. Gradually, I saw positive changes in my life, tangible results that motivated me to continue on this path even though I still have a long way to go.
But I couldn’t help but think that I probably wasn’t the only one seeking this transformation. There must be other men like me, with similar ambitions, looking to improve themselves but not always knowing where to start or how to persist. That’s how the idea for Man of Ambition was born.

Man of Ambition is more than just a site for advice. I want to create a true community of support and sharing. A space where everyone can learn from each other’s experiences, find support during tough times, and celebrate successes together. I firmly believe that we are stronger together and that the journey to success is more rewarding when shared.
